Mark Nguyen Franklin

Mr. Mark Nguyen Franklin became the Managing Attorney of the Lento Law Group California 2025. 

He graduated from Yale University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Education. He also earned a master’s in Religious Education from the University of Detroit. Mr. Franklin received his Juris Doctor degree from the University School of San Francisco School of Law in May 2012.

After law school, he worked as an associate at a personal injury law firm in San Jose, California. Then, he became a partner of a San Francisco law group that also focused on personal injury law. 

In May 2015, he established the Franklin Law Office, a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with a strong tradition of obtaining superior results skillfully and aggressively representing clients. Based in San Francisco and serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area, Franklin Law Office centers on providing clients with individualized representation and high-quality legal services.

Although Mr. Franklin focuses on personal injury law, he also practices Personal Injury, Education Defense, Landlord/Tenant Law, Wage and Hour, Immigration, Business Litigation, and Family Law. 

He enjoys cooking , fishing and canoeing and is fluent in Vietnamese.
