David Haislip

Mr. Haislip is a serial entrepreneur having started his first business at 12 years old. While in High School, David studied graphic arts and worked for many years in the printing industry. He is a graduate of the Ithaca College School of Communications where he excelled in Radio, TV and Film. After graduation David worked in radio and record industry including WICB, WMMR, Arista Records, CBS Records, and Cherry Lane Music, before landing in the New York City advertising agency world. Working with top agencies and media companies OmniCom, Della Femina, PentaCom, Euro RSCG, OMUSA, The Hudson Media Group, Clear Channel, and DDG Productions, he garnered experience in the account service, media, and production departments where he held executive management positions handling over $300 million in advertising.

Not one to be a “button pusher” David has acquired the knowledge and hands-on skills of all aspects of marketing communications and has developed several proprietary systems and applications for a host of agencies. Having gotten tired with the waste that is so prominent in the New York City ad world, he started his own agency where he landed over $7 million in advertising and production services. To be an effective advertising consultant, one has to come up to speed quickly on a myriad of client’s products and services. Throughout the years David has gained a vast knowledge of the financial, high-tech and healthcare industries. He gained what he calls a “Street MBA” during this time having to write numerous business and marketing plans and develop sophisticated financial models.

While working with a neonatology practice David was instrumental in growing the group from a small local company with billings of just over $2 million to a regional company with billings over $15 million. Having been exposed to the lucrative financial returns of newborn hearing screening, David started Optimum Healthcare Solutions (OHS) with partners in 2003 to provide hearing screening services to hospitals in Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. This start-up company borrowed approximately $400,000 from an individual investor and it grew to over $4.5 million. OHS paid back the investor all his principal plus a sizable return on the investment. David went on to sell his interest in the company in 2010.

About this same time David started a full-service advertising and production company Pangaedia, Inc. This company has been providing advertising, media and production services for a wide variety of clients with a concentration on new content development and streaming media. Some of the early production projects were MMA fights, Legends in Chrome, and The Last Minute Comedy Show.

In 2013 David made a conscience decision to create a network of professionals that could search for distressed companies in the entertainment, healthcare, financial, real estate and legal industries and developed the comprehensive financial models and business plans to as consultants or as part owners and increase sales, decrease expenses to turnaround the companies and increase their value. 

Since that time Mr. Haislip has been involved with the startup of Lento Law Group helping to build the group from one office in Philadelphia to over 20 offices across the country. Similarly, as a principal of Global Real Estate Development, a real estate development company with projects in New Jersey, Florida, Ohio and Michigan, he has been instrumental in the negotiation of several large multi-year projects ranging from Single Family homes, to community centers, office, and multi-use facilities.
