Stacy Scheff was born in Tucson Arizona. Stacy’s parents met while volunteering for the community supporting the challenge to Arizona's loyalty oath for teachers. Stacy was raised in an environment saturated by civil rights activists.
Stacy lived in Sydney Australia for seven years and found her passion for prisoners' civil rights and Personal Injury while working at Justice Action, a non-profit that fights for the rights of incarcerated people.
Stacy graduated from the University of Arizona law school in 2010. She has been running her own practice since 2014, specializing in prisoners' civil rights litigation. Stacy is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and City and State Courts, the United Stated Federal Court for the District of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of appeals. Stacy is also a member of the National Lawyers Guild and the National Police Accountability Project (NPAP) She will be practicing Civil and Prisoners Rights, Personal Injury, Student Defense, Civil and Criminal Law.
In her free time, Stacy performs standup comedy and pets as many dogs as possible.
